Doing It For The Women

So, I have discharged my Blogathon 2006 commitments despite Internet Explorer doing its best to prevent me. Dashed browser crashed out on me halfway through my hour-long stint. After a couple hours of research it turns out that the Yahoo! toolbar was to blame, so I beat the pesky blighter with a large stick and it ran yelping from my PC. In the interim, I deployed Firefox as a backup and was quite impressed with it. Hmm...

OMIGOD! I'M TURNING INTO COMPUTO-NERD!! AARGH! WHERE'D THAT POCKET PROTECTOR COME FROM?? AND MY HAIR! IT'S GONE ALL GREASY!! OH NO, NOT THE MONSTER MANUAL! I'VE NOT PLAYED DUNGEON & DRAGONS FOR EONS!!

Ahem. This is your captain speaking. Apologies for the turbulence. The cabin crew will be resuming normal dinner service immediately.

Anyway, please do hasten over to CTASLS and view the team's Blogathon efforts. And if you want to view my postings, they're here, here, and here. Oh, and bloody well contribute to the cause. Er, pretty please.

And since a) we were doing it for the women, and b) its that dubby comedown time of the morning:

OMG King Tubby!!! I don't remember the last time I heard the dub styles of the righteous Tubby...A mix master...What blog was I at that made mention to a Lee Scratch Perry show a couple months back?
Ahhh Yes it was over at All Things Go Anyways, I digress.

Great job on the Blogathon Fil, your first post was amazing, and those statistics blew my mind. Edith Piaf was by far my favorite, so much emotion and the folk fest post was a treat, indeed. Thanks :)

Hi FiL,

Good morning!

I tried checking in with you Saturday night, but those technical difficulties made you and your writing impossible to see.

I'll go over and read it soon. :)

Thanks for raising money for women. What a gentleman!

And Firefox is my newest love. It works beautifully.

Happy Tuesday!
